Yes — the refund depends on the listing’s cancellation policy, which the host chooses:
Refunds are paid by the host, from the host’s own account, to the account you paid from. Volotix does not hold booking funds and does not issue refunds; Volotix will confirm the cancellation and the refund amount due under the policy to both parties. The time to appear depends on your bank.
Hosts must verify with a CNIC and a selfie before listing. Guests may be asked to verify before their first payment.
Yes. Identity documents are stored privately, encrypted, and seen only by authorised reviewers for verification.
