These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Volotix platform operated by [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] (“Volotix”, “we”, “us”), a marketplace connecting guests with hosts offering short-stay accommodation in [OPERATING_REGION]. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Guest”, “Host”, “Listing”, “Booking”, and “Services” have the meanings given in [DEFINITIONS_SECTION]. Volotix provides the marketplace technology; the accommodation contract is between Guest and Host.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least [MIN_AGE] and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Identity verification may be required for hosts and for certain bookings.
3. Bookings & Payments

8. Cancellations & Refunds

9. Disputes Between Users
Volotix may, but is not obligated to, mediate disputes between Guests and Hosts per [DISPUTE_RESOLUTION_PROCESS]. Volotix is not a party to the accommodation contract.
10. Limitation of Liability

11. Suspension & Termination
